First published 1950 by SCM Press Ltd. as "The yellow robe".
A sadhu is a Sikh holy man, wearing yellow robes and living as a hermit. But Sundar became a different sort of sadhu. When he donned his yellow robe at 16, he set out on the road to become a sort of travelling evangelist, a healthy, handsome young Indian lad filled with wonder at the personal vision and calling he had from the Lord.
